Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on TraderPage (traderpage.co), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Tornike Eloshvili, the individual operator of TraderPage ("we", "us", "our").

2. The Service

TraderPage is a platform that lets traders create professional public profiles showcasing their trading style, strategy, social links, communities, and services. We offer free and paid subscription tiers with different feature limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TraderPage. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

4. Accounts

• You may register with an email address and password, or sign in using your Google account via OAuth. Both methods are equally valid and create a single account tied to your email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits is prohibited.
• You must notify us immediately at tornikeeloshvili77@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's Billing settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period.
• New paid subscriptions are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your existing subscription.
• Downgrading to a lower plan may reduce your content limits. Content exceeding the new plan's limits will be hidden (not deleted) until you upgrade again.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on TraderPage ("Your Content"). By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate the service (e.g., serving your public profile page).

You are solely responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish the content.
• Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Your Content does not violate any applicable law or the acceptable-use rules in Section 7.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the service to promote illegal activity, scams, or financial fraud.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or content that is sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform in bulk without prior written permission.
• Use the service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders without refund.

8. Financial Information Disclaimer

TraderPage is a profile and networking platform, not a financial advisory service. Nothing displayed on any trader profile constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to trade. Past trading results displayed by users do not guarantee future performance. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

9. Our Intellectual Property

All TraderPage branding, software, design, and platform features are owned by Tornike Eloshvili or licensed to us. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or platform code outside of using the service as intended.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your public profile will be taken down. Data deletion follows the schedule described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TraderPage and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (the country). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction where local consumer-protection laws provide additional rights, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
