1. Who We Are

TraderPage (traderpage.co) is operated by Tornike Eloshvili, an individual based in Georgia. When this policy refers to "TraderPage", "we", "us", or "our", it means Tornike Eloshvili acting as the operator of this service.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect only the data necessary to provide and improve the service:

Account data — email address, chosen username, and profile information you enter (display name, bio, trading style, trading info, country, website URL).
Uploaded content — profile photos and any other images you upload to your TraderPage profile.
Billing data — subscription plan and billing status. Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Paddle) and are never stored on our servers.
Profile analytics — page views on your public profile, including the referring URL (the site that linked to you), device type (mobile/desktop/tablet), and country derived from IP. This data is stored in our own database and is visible to you in your analytics dashboard.
Link click data — when a visitor clicks a link on your public profile, we record the click count against that link so you can see which links perform best.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, and device information transmitted automatically by your browser.

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account and trader profile.
To process subscription payments and enforce plan entitlements.
To send transactional emails (account creation, subscription confirmations).
To display your public profile page to visitors.
To monitor, improve, and debug the service.
To respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following grounds:

Contract — processing necessary to deliver the service you signed up for.
Legitimate interest — security monitoring, abuse prevention, and service improvement.
Consent — analytics cookies, where you have the option to accept or decline via the cookie banner.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors to operate the service. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

In-house JWT Authentication

Authentication is handled entirely by our own servers using signed JSON Web Tokens. We set two HTTP-only cookies (access_token and refresh_token) on your device to manage your session. No third-party authentication provider processes your credentials.

Google — Sign-in via OAuth

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google will share your email address and public profile name with us to create or link your account. We do not receive your Google password. Google's own Privacy Policy governs how Google handles your data on their side.

Paddle — Payment Processing

Processes subscription payments. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and handles payment card data, invoicing, and tax compliance. We never see or store your card details.

Cloudflare R2 — File Storage

Stores uploaded images (profile photos). Files are served via a public CDN URL when you publish your profile.

Resend — Transactional Email

Delivers account-related emails (welcome, subscription notifications) to your registered email address.

6. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies only. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Session cookies (always active)

We set two HTTP-only, Secure cookies — access_token (short-lived) and refresh_token (longer-lived) — to keep you signed in. These are set by our own servers, cannot be read by JavaScript, and are required for the service to function. They are not subject to cookie consent.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your profile data and uploaded files within 30 days. Billing records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with accounting obligations.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate data (directly via your account settings).
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Withdraw consent for analytics at any time.

9. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data including HTTPS encryption, access controls, and delegating sensitive operations (authentication, payments) to specialist providers. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

TraderPage is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notice.
